Bayo Adelaja

Bayo is a visionary social entrepreneur and the Founder & Chief Executive of Do it Now Now, a London-based Community Interest Company driving equity and opportunity for Black communities across the UK. With two master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and a degree from Durham University, Bayo brings both intellectual depth and lived purpose to her work. She hails from a proud legacy of changemakers, both her grandfathers were honoured by the late Queen of England for their contributions to social service, fueling her lifelong commitment to dismantling systemic barriers and reimagining a fairer future.
