Jenn Zeng is an award-winning community builder, student leader, and social impact catalyst redefining what Gen Z. leadership looks like.

She made history as the first female President of the London School of Economics Entrepreneurs Society, transforming it into the UK’s largest and most active student entrepreneurship community. Under her leadership, she built thriving founder ecosystems through high-impact IRL career experiences and curated social gatherings — helping students find aligned co-founders and empowering ambitious Gen Z women to step into entrepreneurship with confidence.

At just 21, Jenn became one of the youngest Curators of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers London Hub III, where she leads purpose-driven initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, mobilising young changemakers aged 18–26 to drive meaningful local impact.

Born in Hungary, raised across China and Canada, and now based in the United Kingdom, Jenn’s multicultural upbringing across four countries and three continents has shaped her global mindset and magnetic proton energy.
