"Kevin is a founder, investor, and leadership thinker focused on helping high-performing leaders scale companies without burning out themselves or their teams. He co-founded Hathway straight out of college and grew it from a garage-stage startup into a leading digital consultancy, scaling revenue from $0 to $42M and building a 200+ person organization before its acquisition by Bounteous in 2021.
During his tenure, Kevin led go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and enterprise partnerships, closing dozens of seven-figure deals and delivering mobile apps, loyalty platforms, and digital growth systems for global brands including PepsiCo, Wingstop, and Dutch Bros—work that helped unlock hundreds of millions in enterprise value.
Following the acquisition, Kevin stepped back from full-time corporate leadership to focus on a deeper question: how leaders can pursue ambition while staying present for the people who matter most. As a former full-time single father of two boys during a period of intense professional growth, he brings rare, lived experience navigating pressure, identity, resilience, and leadership both at work and at home.
Today, Kevin invests through Theorem One Capital and advises growth-stage, AI-native and vertically focused companies such as Parallel, Daybreaker Health, and InStore.AI. He also hosts the CEOs & ABCs podcast, where founders and executives have honest conversations about leadership, parenthood, presence, and redefining success beyond the boardroom.
Kevin speaks candidly about scaling teams, building sustainable systems, emotional intelligence in leadership, and why presence—not productivity alone—is the real competitive advantage in modern organizations."
