Maria Eduarda Becker Pavani is a self-made founder and businesswoman who built her coffee career — and later, Tres Marias — completely from scratch. Starting in Dubai with almost nothing, and no English, she spent over a decade learning the industry from the ground up, navigating failures, rebuilding, and turning her vision into one of the region’s most respected homegrown coffee and barista-milk brands. Today, she leads Tres Marias across multiple markets, mentors founders, and continues to grow as an entrepreneur with heart, resilience, and long-term vision.
